Well, we did it. We joined the world of blogging. This blog is simply to share pictures and updates of Truett's world. We'll do our best to keep things updated and to share the milestones (and little things) in Truett's life.
Truett was three weeks old yesterday and it's be a wonderful experience so far. It's amazing this new love that we're experiencing. Jayson and my love for each other has continued to strengthen and we make a great team! This love we share for Truett is a wonderful blessing that the Lord has given us. I don't understand how people can question the existence of God when you're given such a precious gift.
Truett's wonderfully sweet. He loves to snuggle! We've been working to establish an eating/sleeping routine and so far things are going well. The lack of sleep is no joke but we've made it three weeks and are just keeping our eye on the prize- a full night's sleep! Hopefully sooner rather than later.
Harker's adjusted to her little brother well. We were excited to see how she'd react to him. Sometimes she's attentive and sometimes she pays him no mind. Truett doesn't seem to mind Harker's sniffs and licks. It's sweet how gentle she is with him.
At Truett's last doctor's appointment he weighed a whopping 6 lbs. 8 oz.! We go back to the dr. on April 8th for his one month apt. He's currently going through a growth spurt so we're expecting big things to our little man!
